Echoing what everyone else has said.
I think he's frustrated physically and mentally. He's a competitor and I think he wants to do more than he can right now physically, which probably has pushed him to be mentally frustrated.
Doesn’t help that his new contract is all incentive based.
I'm concerned he's becoming a headcase.I’m officially worried. He hasn’t looked right for a while now and he looked outright depressed in his press conference.
I think he is done. Should have traded him when he had value. It's too much of a grind for his body.Guess an ilness is going around but also ankle/back issues could be it. His last presser was..weird.
Not sure if he retires soon or not but I wouldn't be surprised...just MO
What value does a player openly contemplating retirement have?I think he is done. Should have traded him when he had value. It's too much of a grind for his body.

Hell after how bad he looked in Buffalo, I’d shut him down this week too. I know he wants to earn his incentives, but he’s doing himself and the team zero favors by being out there.Shut him down for a few weeks after the Packers game

I was thinking we could at least use him as a decoy against the Packers and draw some coverage away from Edelman and Gordon. Otherwise we’re going to lose ground to the Chiefs if we lose.
Won't be the least bit surprised if he retires after this season.
Or openly threatens retirement if traded (at least to Detroit)? What value does a player openly contemplating retirement have?
