Have watched Stafford his entire career. I told my wife when Patricia was hired that I hope he realizes that Stafford is a loser. Can’t read coverages, inaccurate arm, terrible under pressure. The idiot announcer says he has proved himself in the nfl. Nothing could be less true. He will destroy any head coaches career he comes in contact with .

I hate that I'm being forced to defend people about a game I'm not even watching, but I did see some highlight clips on the news, so I can ask this question:

Just how the hell is it supposed to be Patricia's fault that Stafford decided to **** himself in his team's opening game? Patricia wasn't the one gifting the INTs.

I'm just going to say this, because I was thinking it, and it probably means nothing.

Sean McVay is 32 years old. He was 22 when Gruden was fired in Tampa Bay. That's the last time the old-school WCO was really used, (even Green Bay has hybridized it).

There's no way he's ever seen it before. There's no way any of his players have seen it before.

I just wonder, if, and how many times, the Raiders might sneak up and beat some people who regard the WCO as they regard the Wing-T, and are unprepared to face it?

Dnnno. Just talking. The pure WCO though, wasn't something I've even considered thinking about the Raiders this year. Probably means nothing.

He was running for his life, and nearly had his knee blown out and chest caved in in the first quarter.

I'm not saying he deserves no blame, but this was like watching Brady v. Denver in the AFCCG. Being that Stafford is no Brady, he did what most QBs would do in that situation, panic. He's not blameless, I'm not saying that, and I didn't say that. I'm just saying that Stafford, playing from behind and running for his life, forced some balls he might not, normally.
