White has improved in this regard over the past couple of seasons. Gillislee is inferior, by a wide margin, in every other way.Did we let James White go?

Trade would be my guess thought they would be all over Gill.Interested to see if the niners claim any rbs.
What do I win?
Some beat writers suggest they will stick to Alfred Morris and Mat Breida but we will see.Trade would be my guess thought they would be all over Gill.
I was kidding. Wasn’t actually sure if you meant that or would bet double the other way.I was agreeing with you, doubling down to show that I wholeheartedly agree. I guess you see everything as a challenge? If you want to meet to watch a Pats game I would be pleased to buy your beer for the game.
Let’s say no.Interesting
Can you have 2 qbs on the Ps?
Would prefer Webb to Lynch but given our situation I'd love to have Etling + another QB on the PS and see if someone pops - even as a long term backup which I think Etling could be.Interesting

I wasn’t saying Gillislee was better than White. Just poking fun at White for falling over his shoelaces.White has improved in this regard over the past couple of seasons. Gillislee is inferior, by a wide margin, in every other way.
Yeah, I didn’t think the whole cap hit would transfer due to the signing bonus, but I thought that the 9.3m was still significant enough where it proved my point. Either way, I don’t think we’re going to bring anyone in for 7-8-9m dollars.Supafly, you're making the same mistake rookies make when it comes to the salary cap. His Detroit cap hit would not be the Cap hit the Pats would see. The Pats would only be responsible for his salary of $7m. So a $7M cap hit.
As I posted earlier, the only way I think they'd trade for Tate is if he agreed to an extension that was Pats friendly.. And I just don't see it since Tate will be looking for one last big payday.

You should watch the patriots play. Especially the Super Bowls. There was a good one a few years ago where White was a hero.I wasn’t saying Gillislee was better than White. Just poking fun at White for falling over his shoelaces.
