Jesus stop with the stupidity Andy.

There is a difference between the size of the off-season roster and the regular roster. But keep disagreeing with anyone who can see the writing on the wall only to move the goalposts when he is not on the 53 and you will get called out for your contrarian ********.
Huh?
I guess you just choose to ignore what i said and talk about something else.

It’s funny actually.

You certainly do not know the details of Mitchell’s health status but pronounce that ge is wasting a roster spot, then put your head in the sand when it’s pointed out that perhaps the fact the Belichick still has him in the roster means your GUESS about his health status may be wrong.

Rather than think critically you decide to attack me with a strawman.
Very insightful.

No way BB will let Michel be a lead back at least at the beginning of the season. I know he is a first round shot but his injury ( we do not how serious it is ), fumbling issues and moderate BB's attitude towards rookies seem to think Sony will be improving himself as a player this season. I have great expectations of this kid but I doubt we are so desperate to use him immediately.
It’s not desperation it’s getting the best player on the field.
Belichick has consistently pushed high draft choices to be ready to start week 1 and when they respond they start.

I have said no such thing. I said when it comes to deciding on the 53 his inability to even take conditionings test without pain is something that makes him unreliable and therefore extremely unlikely to be on the roster.

I said nothing about him wasting a roster spot right now. In fact I said the opposite.

More on the Britt front from Perry:

Kenny Britt was back in pads Saturday for the second consecutive day. He hardly participated Friday, though, and his level of participation saw a bump Saturday in that he took part in a passing-game side session with Tom Brady. He appeared to tweak something during one side-session rep, removing his helmet after. Moments later, he took a rep and appeared OK, but he later took off for the rehabbing field. It’s hard to say whether or not time on the lower field was scheduled or was a result of something he felt during the side-session.

I like britt but they’re being very patient with this guy. I wonder if he still makes the team.

Sure it is about best player on the field but I am not convinced it is Michel right now. Of course my premise is based on given information about his health and fumbling issues. If BB believes he is ready to be a starter in week 1 fair enough but I think his time will come but we have to wait a bit longer.

Eh, I’m hoping it’s just the recovery process from the clean-up procedure (supposedly) but if I were a betting man, I wouldn’t bet on his future here. Michel’s injury being a knee is concerning as well but hopefully it’s just the team playing it safe.

@ST from Perry

good to se Dawson with the 1st group - could save a roster spot

During a kickoff period, the one kickoff unit included Devin McCourty, Brandon King, Brandon Bolden, Duke Dawson, JC Jackson, Jordan Richards, Nicholas Grigsby, Geneo Grissom, Cordarrelle Patterson and Patrick Chung.

Richards must go. This is the thread by which he clings.

The disconnect between how media guys see Bojo is astounding. Dussault and Daniels like him another guy from my beat guys list (can't recall or find it) said that Bojo has no shot at some point this week. Interesting.

My impression is that he has a monster leg with monster inconsistency.....for every 2-3 missiles with great hang time, he will shank one off the side of his foot for 15 yards. We also have no idea about his directional punting/ability to pin opponents deep in their own territory, one of Allen’s strong suits. I suspect that in the end, Allen’s consistency will win out.... top three on Belichick’s list of important qualities in a player.

If this is how he looks like I completely agree. As BB says.. reliability over ability. Especially when it comes to ST and punting.
