Spare me the "it's a fetus not a living baby!" hysteria....we find a single cell organism on Mars and the the "science community" claims - life on Mars! But a fetus isn't life....

It's because people like you will use any excuse to rant about your political beliefs, even a thread about a celebrity chef dying. This is the Patriots message board. Nobody cares about your personal views on abortion.

(As I've said many times, ironically people like you are also the first ones to say that we should keep politics out of sports, for example with the anthem kneeling debate, and yet you will take any opening you can to do the opposite).

I was at a conference in New Orleans just three weeks ago and he was a guest speaker. He was funny as all hell. Talked about his demons. Seemed to finally have his life in order and in a good place. You just never know. Very sad.

One thing I always was suspicious of: his early struggles with heroin addiction are well documented, yet you see him often imbibing alcohol on his show. I wonder if he never was fully invested in his recovery from substance abuse and his despair around that was a factor. Once an addict always an addict and the only path to sobriety is to abstain from ALL inebrients.

From a distance it seems that the guy had everything- traveled the world, ate the best food, had friends and admirers galore, great family, wealth, wit...

I guess it never makes any sense.

One thing I struggle with with those who commit suicide, when all seems to be going on well with their lives from the outside, is how to remember them? Were they pretending to be happy? Their advice about life and outlook, are they all useless? I still don't know how to remember Robin Williams.

Depression takes an awful toll.
