Depending on the terms of the sale it could be construed as failing to disclose adverse circumstances. But realistically even in the unlikely event a suit was brought ol' aw chucks Paidaton is as teflon as they come.. If his fraud ass can successfully charm 90% of the nation into not questioning why his pregnant wife was being shipped HGH imagine what he could do in person to a handful of people who aren't even smart enough to get out of jury duty. Hell, by the time they were done Kraft would probably get stuck with the legal fees, the Pats would lose another 1st rounder and Brady would get suspended for more probably than not being generally aware Papa Johns pizza sucks.

Money is the most important thing in his life. Always has been, always will be. He's obsessed with it. Now is the time for him to cash in. He may be a top five QB, but his teams were very forgettable. The more time that passes the more irrelevant he becomes and the harder it becomes for him to capitalize on the fact that he used to throw a football for a living. I bet you he weasels his way onto one of those broadcast teams to stay in the public eye. Still waiting for him to be outed in the #metoo movement. I would be surprised if he only victimized one woman. There have to be more out there.
