Peyton Manning sold all his Papa John’s franchises
Now that's just good ol fashioned white collar crime.
Guess which family member he sold them to...
Manning family crime syndicate, nothing to see here, they can do what they want.
I heard a rumour Peyton's next business venture is Tetley's- selling,ahem,teabags.
This has to be considered some sort of insider trading ?
I hear that’s only stock trading, I guess this sort of thing doesn’t count?
Gee, who's going to be the Official Pizza of the NFL now? Pizza Hut would seem a natural (hut-hut-hut!), plus, they make better pizza than Papa Moron's.
Now go sell your Nationwide stock too while you’re at it.
I bet the people he sold to really appreciated his integrity two days after the purchases were finalized.
lol, just wow
Oh cool, @fnordcircle was just asking about where he could find a good teabag the other day.
I think it is Pizza Hut now, actually.
Depending on the terms of the sale it could be construed as failing to disclose adverse circumstances. But realistically even in the unlikely event a suit was brought ol' aw chucks Paidaton is as teflon as they come.. If his fraud ass can successfully charm 90% of the nation into not questioning why his pregnant wife was being shipped HGH imagine what he could do in person to a handful of people who aren't even smart enough to get out of jury duty. Hell, by the time they were done Kraft would probably get stuck with the legal fees, the Pats would lose another 1st rounder and Brady would get suspended for more probably than not being generally aware Papa Johns pizza sucks.
you guys are such suspicious characters...there was no arcane chicanery behind Pay-Me-Tons sale of his Pooper John's stock...he was just switching his asset portfolio to a new business venture ...My Wife's Steroids & Syringe Outlet. Peytie is just a good ol' down home Ameerkan entreeprenure...
Good ol Gomer Pyle!
(By the way, is Chris S done? Looks like he was banned or he deleted his account. What was the final straw?)
Pizza, Hut Hut!
Money is the most important thing in his life. Always has been, always will be. He's obsessed with it. Now is the time for him to cash in. He may be a top five QB, but his teams were very forgettable. The more time that passes the more irrelevant he becomes and the harder it becomes for him to capitalize on the fact that he used to throw a football for a living. I bet you he weasels his way onto one of those broadcast teams to stay in the public eye. Still waiting for him to be outed in the #metoo movement. I would be surprised if he only victimized one woman. There have to be more out there.
