Subpoena their phone records and give us that 1st round pick back!!

Exactly. Sue for damages, distress (Brady's mom had cancer), etc, and let's end this madness.

Seriously. It's absolutely ridiculous.

I admit. I wish Josh wouldn't go there.

IMO it all starts with ownership and Irsay isn't exactly the most ethical, honest, upstanding person on the planet.

It's bizarre, isn't it? Indiana sucks, the Colts are an embarrassment, that franchise framed and defamed the QB you have worked with for how many years?

Translation?

Irsay backed up the Brinks truck and McDaniels sold out.

Mazz has a string coming out of his *** that makes him squeak a lie every time you pull it.

What I find strange is people like Perillo or other respected Pats beatwriters or even Pats employees, walk by their section on the floor of radio row, and literally would be hearing them spout off lies into the mics.

They also host Jon Kraft before games on 98.5.

It's a very bizarre relationship. You have a job as a radi host, sure, but your job is not to spread proven lies and keep repeating them as if they are true.

That's illegal, especially if you have knowledge of the truth.

Like, how has a cease and desist letter never been written by Kraft? How hard would that be? Even a threat or a threat of a defamation suit.

Where does this stuff end?

I heard Mazz say yesterday "brady destroyed his phone"...They just keep repeating the same proven lies.

Ummmm....Brady did destroy his phone. After he offered to give them all sorts of data from it, but he did destroy it (not that I blame him for doing so).

I'm glad somebodys paying attention. It must have been auto correct, yeah thats the ticket auto correction.

Either that or a really bad case of dry eye ;)

Which begs the question, why would josh mcdaneils take a job with such a sleezy owner and orinazation? He did have other options.

I think the Ballard relationship, compensation, close to OH, Luck, tons of cap space are all reasons Josh is going to work for an idiot owner.

All it takes is one defamation suit to bury these people's careers for good.
Defamation is very, VERY hard to prove in a case like this where the person being defamed is a public figure. The way US law is set up gives all the onus to the victim to prove a case like this. There's a reason you just don't see that very often.

False. He bought a new phone weeks after being interviewed, because he was creeped out the NFL was leaking stuff of his phone to the public. In fact, I would not be shocked if that was intentional by Goodell to get him to do just that, so they could dangle a red herring saying "he destroyed it" as if meant anything, when they already had every single communication aspect they would ever want as part of the fake "investigation" aka the phony framejob.

The fact is, you don't need to interview someone 5 billion times to get evidence or prove someone is guilty. The evidence presents itself and you bring it to the surface. They had no evidence of anything because nothing happened, off of their hilariously preposterous premise of a fat part time fiddling with Brady approved hours easiler, for 90 seconds in a bathroom.

NFL stadiums have offsite data dumps of security videos 10 days AFTER it remains on site for liability reasons, so Wells/Goodell never showed us what McNally did before here Baltimore game and that's not an accident.

For the children or maybe naive adults, when you use the word "destroy", it shows something else. It's an old lawyer tactic. Word choice.

It presents the air of suspicion or sinister motives, hence why the word was "wordsmithed" by Jeff Pash.

That means you have NO evidence, though, if you need more than 4 hours to detect of something hapepned and that person is guilty where you keep looking. Clearly, the NFL front office was frustrated their framejob needed more substance, than what they garnered from the original interviews.

Do you live under a rock? It's what the police do all the time when they have no evidence. They get you nice and annoyed, tire you out, hope you say something, and then they keep bringing you back in for more questioning, because they have nothing.

Transtaion? Nothing happened and Brady was framed. Duh.

Yes, he simply asked his secratry/admin to get rid of his old phone, which is what any adult human would do, barring handing it over to a trusted cell phone store employee to wipe the phone.

Do you own a smartphone?

All Quantum Mechanic wrote was " Brady did destroy his phone." ( he is correct)

And you proceeded to type this huge pile of vomit.

Do you have many friends?

I'd imagine Andrew Luck had something to do with that decision he made.

As much of a sleeze as Irsay is, he's pretty hands off and seems to let the football peeps run the show. He also seems to give coaches and FO guys years to get it together before sacking them.

It's a dome stadium that gets really loud, and the Colts seem to be on the NFL's white list of teams. If he thinks Luck can be great, it's a good situation for him.

He is hands off because he is face first in a bowl of coke.

Dude, in a smarter world, the Giants should have called BB, asked for Caserio. McDaniels and Jimmy this Fall, and given us like 3 1st rd picks for it.

It would have completely set the Giants up for a decade.

McDaniels is on thin ice because of how immature and not ready he was in Denver.

Cap space means very little, by the way. You win by keeping costs down with the Rookie Cap, load up on picks, control contracts, and only 2-3 years later, should you be strategically spending money in FA.

That team needs to clip pricey vets and start over.
