False. He bought a new phone weeks after being interviewed, because he was creeped out the NFL was leaking stuff of his phone to the public. In fact, I would not be shocked if that was intentional by Goodell to get him to do just that, so they could dangle a red herring saying "he destroyed it" as if meant anything, when they already had every single communication aspect they would ever want as part of the fake "investigation" aka the phony framejob.
The fact is, you don't need to interview someone 5 billion times to get evidence or prove someone is guilty. The evidence presents itself and you bring it to the surface. NFL stadiums have offsite data dumps of security videos 10 days AFTER it remains on site for liability reasons, so Wells/Goodell never showed us what McNally did before here Baltimore game and that's not an accident.
