I still don't know what it was and I've seen the replay 10 times
Looked out of bounds in real time to me. I don’t understand the outrage, other than it was a borderline call. By the time he controlled the ball he didn’t get the second foot down. Just my opinion.

I thought we got very fortunate there. There was no clear evidence to that his foot wasn't still down at the time of possession. If it was originally called incomplete then fine but it was called a TD and should have stayed that way.

I'm certainly not going to complain however. Brady needs to be more sharp. He's had his good moments the past weeks but a number of bad throws. Hoping for a more complete performance out of him.

Gilmore and Butler are killing us although the game remains tied. Gilmore can't seem to cover Benjiman. I don't blame him on the reversed TD but Benjamin is making it look easy otherwise. They might need to get Gilmore some help or off of him entirely.

Butler meanwhile keeps giving up big plays that are entirely his fault. His value is plummeting if you ask me. He'll still get paid but not near what he was looking at before this season.

Defense has only allowed 10 points today.....long drive in 2 minute drill helped with a few non-calls wasn't warm and fuzzy, but the offense needs to kick it into gear

Butler and Gilmore both playing at a very even level, just as we all hoped. Unfortunately it's not a high one.

Also I love McCourty but the way he tepidly played McCoy on that swing pass earlier in the drive pissed me off.

Dunno why that wasn't a TD but whatever. Let the dopes say PATS GET CALLS IN THEIR FAVOR. All I know is this team looks a bit... choppy still.

Yes...Brady was the reason we aren’t up by 14. Missed a wide-open Cooks for a TD, and three a terrible ball for the pick 6. He looked bad. BUT I like the odds of him playing Better in the second half.

People being mad about the overturned call...his foot was above the ground when he got possession. Landed out of bounds. Easily incomplete

I think easy is overstating given that it was called a TD on the field. That's a coin flip call.

I think Gilmore could of used a little more coaching.

He defended that play as best as anyone minus some crazy int

But situation football would have you tackle that receiver, mug him if you have to. So what. You get a penalty. Ball is placed on the 1 with 2 seconds left.

Bills aren' going for it in that scenario.

Regardless. Great effort on his part

Another week of “experts” not understanding an overturned touchdown because the rules are apparently too difficult to grasp.

Romo and Nantz at the very least immediately brought up the control aspect of it. The bozos in the studio literally have no idea what the rules are.

This rule is definitely getting tweaked this offseason

He's had two balls thrown his way. One was a sure TD if Brady hits in stride, the other he was open and Brady missed him but he went back to get it and drew the (questionable Ravens Jumpball Joe style) DPI call.
Cooks was wide open on play early in game and Brady overthrew him....Tom still seems off not sure why

Correct call. His 2nd leg was off the ground when he gained control.

I think easy is overstating given that it was called a TD on the field. That's a coin flip call.
It's easy when you look at the replay. He finally gets possession and his left foot doesn't kick up pellets. Like what other evidence do people want?

That is actually a good point. Same as Logan Ryan (?) on that Seattle TD before HT at the SB.

Pats have had 2 bad calls go their way. DPI should have maybe been opi. That TD should have stood. If I was a bills fan I'd be pissed.

Yeah and the Benjamin 1st down on third and whatever near midfield was about as clear an example of OPI you'll ever see. He completely stoned Gilmore with a shove.
