That's not how it works. His appeal won't affect his availability vs Pittsburgh whatsoever.Welp...Miami just became a tougher game. Especially with Cutler playing and not Moore.
Gronk needs to not appeal this because it risks losing him for Pittsburgh
Maybe Hogan will be back to soften the blow if gronk doesn't appeal.Welp...Miami just became a tougher game. Especially with Cutler playing and not Moore.

Pretty sure the union appeals every suspension automatically. He is lucky he should have gotten at least 2 Games and fine. Why appeal, shut your mouth.
Why would B.B. do that?True but if he successfully appeals it then he gets no fine? If he does successfully appeal it I expect BB will take some action against him in some way.
Gronk is appealingFair enough, let's move on.
Just take his medicine like Brady? He needs to just stop talking and take the suspension.
Thinking out loud, is this possible - he appeals, plays vs Miami, then suspension is upheld and he misses Pittsburgh...???? Don't tell me the NFL isn't thinking about doing this if they can...

What has he said aside from his post-game comments? He needs to just stop talking and take the suspension.
Oh Jesus. If they were thinking about doing that in some grand plot, they would have just done it and suspended him through the Pittsburgh game. They would have crammed Article 46 right up his ass. Time to stop with the conspiracy theories.Thinking out loud, is this possible - he appeals, plays vs Miami, then suspension is upheld and he misses Pittsburgh...???? That’s ridiculous.Because he is quoted as saying it was BS. And he set precedent with Welker doing something not in the best interest of the team.
I expect Gronk to sit for all or part of the game next Monday regardless of the outcome of his appeal.
LOL, neither is the NFL.I would think it could be reduced to a fine but I'm not especially well-versed in the NYFL's stringent and consistent application of punishments.
