We ran for 200 yards.
Brady started 12/16-160 and 16/24-200 before the game was out of reach
We had a ton of 20+ plays
We had 7 sacks.
They were going for 4th downs in their own end in the first half and managed 10 offensive points and barely 200 total yards
That is not a C game.

It was a "C for Curious" game. When's the last time you saw...

...Tom Brady flat-out drop a shotgun snap that hit him in the hands?
...Duron Harmon injure a teammate by wrestling his interception away from him?
...a Patriots gunner lose track of a perfectly placed punt and let it bounce into the endzone?
...a Patriots center lose track of when he was supposed to snap the ball?
....a DT punching Brady in the gut?
...so many injured Patriots named Flowers that the announcers give up on trying to tell them apart?

Congratulations to the Patriots on a dominating win against a division opponent. That's awesome, and never to be taken for granted. But I couldn't wait for this game to be over. It just seemed structurally unsound, like somebody built their IKEA furniture without looking at the instructions and it could all come crashing down at any moment. By the 4th quarter I was practically holding my breath against injuries on every play.

This game had a 50 Burger written all over it if it wasn't for a quick sand feel to it but I never thought it was in doubt at any time.

Ball that was ripped out for a strip fumble TD was definitely a quick whistle by ref and that would have made it 21-0 early.
This crew, IIRC, is usually quick on the whistle. I think this is the same awful crew from the 2015 Eagles game that missed at least 7 false starts on Philly's RT

Uh oh!!!
Sloppy affair for the Offense: While the Patriots racked up another 400+ yard game and 35 points they were definitely sloppy at times, especially in the second half on offense. In the first half, Ted Karras snapped the ball before Tom Brady was set and he never saw it. The ball skipped by him and although he dove for it, (unlike Superman), it was scooped up nicely by Rashad Jones and run in for a score.

Brady bobbled another snap and the result was a sack by Cameron Wake. Forget about blaming that on Cameron Fleming. That was on Brady all the way. He gets rid of that ball had he not bobbled the snap

He also threw an interception of a very poor decision of trying to squeeze the ball into too tight a window. The pass protection today wasn’t good and Brady was hit hard several times, including a few that straddled the line between clean and dirty where Miami was doing things Miami always does. However, (comma)…

Good post, fully agreed.

I was majorly relieved on the Karras turnover that Brady didn't sustain a significant injury. Hated seeing him dive with the Dolphins defenders for the football. I know he has gotta try but still scary.

Nothing IMHO. This is more likely the result of someone who very rarely has an offensive rush + bad luck.

The fact that it was an "offensive" play had nothing to do with it. It could actually be stated that Ebner does more in the way of cutting to try and tackle people on special teams than did there. The guy is a rugby player ffs.. He makes those sorts of cuts all the time.

I stand by the statement that I've made previously in that these "Non-Contact" knee injuries come from the knee not being 100% to begin with and the player putting excessive strain on it without the benefit of a brace.

Ebner... On the old grass/dirt field Ebner doesn't happen

This shows you don't know jack about knee injuries or their causes..

The masslive injury report state that Marquis Flowers didn't return to the game.

They'd be wrong. Flowers was back in later in the game. He had a tackle on the 3rd down play of the 4th quarter that started at 9:26 remaining..

Speaking of bad officiating, wth was the Suh face mask tackle that they just ignored!
Miami had just gotten 2 personal fouls. I think an artery was going to have to be spurting for them to call another on that drive.

Gilmore wasn't injured by Harmon.
And Jones over-ran where the punt landed..
Cameron Wake is a DE, not a DT..
