He didn't say it was sloppy, which would mean all the time sloppy as opposed to sometimes sloppy and some times not sloppy. In other news, here's your injury update:

I don't think anyone here said it was "all the time" sloppy. I don't want to speak for anyone else, though.

So you're saying it was sometimes sloppy?

Couldn't watch the game, does anyone have a link for a highlights video or even better, all offensive snaps?

Non-contact knee injuries can happen on any surface. What happened here to make it something that was directly attributable to the new turf?

Nothing IMHO. This is more likely the result of someone who very rarely has an offensive rush + bad luck.

These injuries tend to occur when the foot plants and the knee absorbs the full force of change of direction. If the foot gave a bit, it would mean less force on the knee. Can happen on any surface, but more likely on sticky surfaces less likely to slip. I don't know the data on this surface.

I'm content with the Carson wentz circlejerk....used to it... Heard it for manning, roethliesberger, Kurt Warner a million x b4... GO PATS

Just a reminder. The Pats can not mathematically lock up the AFCE this week. Next week at the earliest which I like. I don't like it wrapped up so early.

When they made bad plays it was sloppy, when they executed well it wasnt sloppy.

Ebner... On the old grass/dirt field Ebner doesn't happen

I thought the new field was soft and they had some complaints from a couple opponents. Wouldn't that help alleviate some injuries.

The thing that comes across again is how dirty and nasty Suh is. He is an absolute piece of garbage and the refs don't seem to call half his infractions. The hit on Brady and the face mask on lewis are just two examples.

Pass protection needs to improve. But this was very much this team’s B-game today and they still won. Too many highlight reel hits on Brady, though. A couple of them could have been called and weren’t.

He really is garbage. I dislike the idea of playing them again in two weeks

Agree, just not in this game. The hit on brady was fine. Qbs have taken a lot worse. The face mask was blatant, but face masks penalties happen all the time. Not gonna blame a guy for trying to tackle Lewis only to get the face mask instead. That’s on the refs to see it and call it. All of this said, I still hate suh and think he’s a piece of garbage since joining the league.
