Pittsburgh is hyped because they are 6-2, and with an improving defense, and they are there despite their offense not having put it together yet.

Sounds a lot like the Patriots.

Agreed, I don't think Pitt is overhyped, especially given that the AFCN should be less of a challenge for them than usual.

The big difference with NE, of course, is that the Patriots' offense that "hasn't put it together yet" ranks #1 in the league in yardage and #7 in scoring, while the Pitt offense that "hasn't put it together yet" is #10 in yardage and #19 in scoring. And just as Brady looks like the world's youngest 40-year-old QB, Ben is looking like a mighty old 35.

That's probably the biggest difference between the Patriots and the Steelers.
Belichick v. Tomlin is probably next on the list.

If you take away those two differences and even them out, Pittsburgh's probably 2-3 games better over the course of the season.
