I am not butthurt. This is what the superbowl could have been if one of those plays didnt go in our favor. Here we essentially could not win a single one of those important scenes. Think about Chung missing the INT, the fourth down stops.. it is what it is..

If a no name running back in his first game ever puts up over 200 yards and 3 touchdowns then something terribly went wrong.

It is what it is. This doesn't bother me at all. Season starts in Feb.

It was pretty bad, Brady has been under 50% completions. While the trolls are idiots, its not like Brady has played well.

Yeah, Brady has been off most of the night and people want to blame McDaniels for everything. Brady missed several wide open receivers who could have gone the distance or at the very least got a huge 25-30 yard game at least.

McDaniels have made some bad calls and in crucial situations, but the play on the field isn't helping him.

3 years is a long time. Lots of things can happen. My goodness are you guys a bunch of delusional 20 somethings?

You too are a hot-take spewing moron.

every single facet of the Pats played a bad game today...receivers, TEs, OL, QB, RBs, DL, CB, S, LB, Coaches, playcalling, gameplan, injuries, ST

there's not gonna be many games every single facet is bad all at the same time

Team is on to NO and I'm on to Stephen King's IT tomorrow. That will take my mind off this disaster.

In BB I trust.

The bright side is that I'm gonna be avoiding all tv for the next week and a half.

Andy Reed for some god forsaken reason is kryptonite to Belichek

Pats were just not ready tonight.

Not ready to play O without Edelman. Not ready to find a way to get pressure. Not ready to defend the pass. Not ready to stop the run.

Just a bad game. Doesn't mean anything in the big scheme of things but it seems the Pats will have more growing pains than we thought absent Edelman.

I do honestly feel if Edelman is in this game they are up 14-0 and the route starts. They lost the ability to step on their throat and were never able to pull away and KC was able to make some big plays.

As a
Well, BB was right.
. . .

Last year's team's mental toughness and resilience was a once in a lifetime team.

This year's team couldn't mentally recover from 8 down with 6 min to play. Everything since was mental choke, not so much talent differential.

as a saints fan its hard to win games when your defense allows 2 run TD's or kills clock no matter if your the 1-5 best offense in the NFL for all 3 losing seasons its hard to post 35 points a game to win. Just a thought, sorry for your loss

This defense reminds me of the 2002 defense where priet holmes exposed them leading everyone to run on them.

I don't remember the last time I've seen their defense as bad as this.

Go into game threads from last year.

I hoped the game tonight would take my mind off the impending destruction we are facing from Irma.

I think the spaghetti models were less brutal.

Bury the football and start over next week.

27 points with a drop in the endzone isn't on Brady. This defense was horrific. Could Brady have played better? Yes. But it is too soon to be calling him the 40 Year Old Virgin. The guy ****s.
