I disagree with the bolded statement, but not necessarily with anything else. Like I said, that was just a hypothetical example of the danger of assuming you know exactly what happened on any given play. It looked good. We don't know what the coaches thought of it. We also likely didn't pay any attention to him on plays that weren't thrown to him, so for all we know he's missing things on other plays. Again, NOT saying that's what happened, just that the sample size of what we're seeing is too small to question why this guy wasn't drafted.
by your own logic, you could question whether every play worked as drawn up...so then why bring it up the way you did......pressure was coming and jimmy unloaded the ball......carr went up and made the play
