I found the script for the game, guys. We're gonna stop em after a long drive, score another TD with about a minute remaining, back em up with some sacks, and then give up a 99 yard QB scramble to lose the game.

Patricia will have cardiac arrest

I think you're confusing his size with his twin brother. Jacob is just fine for move TE at about 240. Very athletic.

Height:
6035
Weight: 239
40 Yrd Dash: 4.64
20 Yrd Dash: 2.70
10 Yrd Dash: 1.62
Vertical Jump: 36 1/2
Broad Jump: 10'01"
20 Yrd Shuttle: 4.34
3-Cone Drill: 7.12

EDIT:

Hernandez, for comparison:

Height: 6023
Weight: 245
40 Yrd Dash: 4.64
20 Yrd Dash: 2.71
10 Yrd Dash: 1.65
225 Lb. Bench Reps: 30
Vertical Jump: 33
Broad Jump: 09'03"
20 Yrd Shuttle: 4.18
3-Cone Drill: 6.83

That's kinda the point, though: Hernandez himself was a bit undersized for a move TE, but he made up for it by being such a freak athlete that the he could line up literally anywhere on the field, up to and including at RB. Hollister is smaller than Hernandez and doesn't have that. To say his size is fine would be like saying a 5'9, 185 pound WR without any real burst or agility to speak of is fine because he's no smaller than Welker, ignoring that Welker's size was a huge liability but he overcame it by being extremely good at something else that this guy doesn't have. Hollister is basically a slightly smaller Hernandez minus Hernandez's standout athleticism, which reads like the profile of a fringe NFL player. Wouldn't be surprised if someone signs him to the back end of their roster, and if not I expect him to make our PS, but that size will always be a liability at TE.

Does Brooks Ellis have the green dot?

To be fair, didn't we go through something similar with Devin McCourty?

In his 2nd season if I recall. But he did come off of a DPOY/DROY type of season so it was a reputation he had to maintain. Cy has been doing this for a while with not much improvement.

Well for those who don't want to see Richards at safety or Cyrus at CB, Cyrus at safety should make both groups happy.

From a "development that has a real chance to have a lasting impact on the 2017 roster" perspective, I think the biggest news is that Karras looks good enough to be a rotational interior lineman. If we suffer a couple injuries and suddenly he's called upon to start a handful of games, we should look back to tonight's performance and be cautiously optimistic that he may be able to handle that.

There are other guys that have had good games: Carr, Brissett, Hollister, but it's harder to envision a scenario where we're calling on any of them to make major contributions this season.

i wonder if the Devin haters are watching tonight....

that's what happens when you don't have a safety who can stop the deep play

I still can't understand why Jordan Richards is in an NFL uniform.

Jake Bequette must have handed off the ransom pics of Belichick to him.

Good to see the Jaguars using their #1 QB late in the fourth quarter.
