Red Auerbach hand-picked Danny Ainge as his successor to run the Celtics. Thomas's sister died 4 weeks ago. You need to try harder.Would not surprise me if Danny's idea. Totally against everything the Celtics stand for. As always, totally disagree with Michael Holley, and totally agree with Tom Heinsohn and Tom Curran.
To elaborate, it will only fire up the Wizards. It's a stupid thing to do in the first place - see NY Giants, '08. And, unlike when they played the Redskins only a month or so before, right after Sean (Model Citizen) Taylor's death, they did that upon arriving in Arizona before the Patriots' last game of a season which they dedicated to Marquise Hill, who saved a young woman's life before losing his own.
To top it all off, this within days of our own guy IT tragically losing his young sister.
Red's turned over in his grave. Like he has often under Danny.

Watching this team (and the refs) give away this game tonight was sickening. Washington did not deserve to win. And that lucky shot by Wall was ridiculous. He could take that a hundred more times and not make it 10. The guy is a moron. Thinks he's Steph Curry. LOL. Both these teams are painfully mediocre.
Auerbach also (in 1989) drafted NBA bust Michael Smith at 13 ahead of Hardaway, and Dana Barros ahead of Kemp and Divac. Red had clearly lost his fastball by the end of it. he was wrong about Ainge.

It will haunt them even if they win. They're going to get shellacked by Cleveland. That was.... embarassing
If Cs lose Game 7, this game will come to haunt them
Celtics are the No. 1 seed and yet, can't close a series on the road????
That's some bullsh***
I'm a Nets fan and thus have no dog in this fight (or any other fight until about 2020, you're all welcome), especially since I live in DC but root for Boston in football and hockey, but this has been the best playoff series since last year's finals. Maybe even better. Both teams are likely to get walked over by the Cavs, but it's been a ton of fun to watch.
