I agree. If they can have both, great. But Branch is the one I would really like to see signed.I want Branch here.

Wow I didn't realize he was like that! I'm a Penn State season ticket holder and he was such a force there. Always in the backfield and always creating havoc. He didn't have dreads then either. It's crazy how people can change in such a short amount of time.
I'd much rather them find a way to keep Branch if it becomes a one or the other scenario.
"He spends his time off in Canada, which he says he prefers because America is a “gun culture” that was “built on the backs of slaves.”"
Oh brother!
It's just weird to hear "big tough" football players spouting the same fruity liberal rhetoric my crazy old moonbat aunt spouts at Thanksgiving dinner.
I hear you. He played at an All-Pro level and was NE's most consistent player on D (also Chung) last season. I hope he does stay.I think he'll come back. Don't think he'll ask for that much. Especially since there are so many veteran DTs out there. The FA market will play itself out accordingly, and Pats will offer what they believe is a fair deal.
"flaming lefty" This website sometimes...
Randy Johnson?
Well we know one thing...he's happy to be out of football purgatory aka Jacksonville.
Nothing says "Patriots type of player" like a guy who tanks after making his money, becomes a nutter off the field, and shows that he's got a bunch of things besides football going on in his life.
Its not they are different players. Odrick bulks his way up to 300, Branch trims down to 350.I'd much rather them find a way to keep Branch if it becomes a one or the other scenario.
I think this is a cheap depth signing.I'd like it as long as not much guaranteed money is handed out. Good player when right.
