For this, I'm breaking out the grill! Grilled homemade pizzas, 7 layer dip, shrimp n Hot Rum with cider mulled cinnamon sticks gloves along with beer n wine.

I am so spoiled, living in NYC. Within 200 yards (literally) of my apartment there are five pizzerias, ranging from three very good, standard "slice and soda" places to two with upscale, artisan pizza that is spectacular (you know, the kind with thin, crisp crust and fresh basil or whatever on the top). One of my kids' friends wanted to order from Domino's while visiting and I simply forbade it.
I'm a big Patsy's fan. I wouldn't call it artisan but they do use awesome ingredients and have 4-5 locations in the city. Big Angelo's fan too but there's not one that will deliver to me.

I can't eat during these games. I'm one of those "can't eat when he's stressed" people.

(I can drink, though.)
I'm more of the can't eat when I drink people. And that goes double for Sunday.

Probably Domino's Pizza. To hell with that Papa John's/HGH Peyton crap!

You act like those are the only two choices. Make your own or go to a Mom and Pop pizza place. Chain pizza is not real pizza.

Nothing. I will be far too stressed out to eat. 2007 ruined me. I can't enjoy playoff playoff games anymore until they are in hand. And history says this one will come down to the wire and torture me for the entire 4 hours.

Pizza hut extra cheese pizza washed down with some vodka. Woooooooooo!

Who eats at game time? I always eat before the super bowl so there's absolutely no distractions.

I'd never risk glancing at my food and missing even a commercial break.

I'll prolly eat around 5-5:30pm.

Prime Rib or a New York strip steak

Always plan to eat, then never eat much. Too nervous. Learned from throwing up an entire feast on a certain night in October 1986.
Seriously? I get a bit more anxious than other games, but never could come close to throwing up.

I've never gotten that nervous for anything. I admit I try to let any anxiety go during games. I don't like when I start twisting and turning my body to each play. So I'm constantly telling myself "it's not that important" even though it's very important to me

Some herb flavored brownies
I once let my 19 year old nephew make them at my house. He ground the weed into powder and slow cooked it in oil until my entire house smelled like weed.

The next morning someone came to my door and I answered it. It was a guy and he identified himself as an FBI employee. He wanted to ask about my neighbors family who's daughter was applying for a job with them.

I know my house still stunk because it was winter and I never aired it out. He kept looking past me and said "looks like you have a nice house" as if I'd invite him in. I just stood at my door and answered his questions

When he left, I called my nephew and told him what happened. Then I told him no more making brownies at my house

Bill Buckner was a bit of an unusual circumstance.

fingernails....thumb skin...the remote. You know, the usual...

That just pissed me off and wasn't something you could prepare yourself for

Do people throw up over getting angry?

Personally, I just got depressed

Ruffles and Heineken

Fish and chips and Guinness to start, then water water water.

PS:
On those rare times when the Patriots haven't been in the Super Bowl, I make a meal featuring local dishes from the team I want to win - -well, more accurately, the team playing the team I want to lose. I'm convinced that my jambalaya was key to the Saints winning; I think Peyton choked on one of my chunks of ham ("sorry [not] about the gristle Peytie!")

Dominos imo is the worst pizza place. Can't even get pizza hut or papa gino's?

I always complain to my wife about the congestion around here, but then I saw this post and realized that just within a 5 mile radius of our home there are all those pizza parlors (I haven't heard that word in a while) and many more great ones, including Bianci's on Revere Beach, one of the best.

As for what we're eating, I was going to go to the game but decided that it wasn't worth the ridiculous prices and now I need to come up with a menu. I'm thinking that I'll dig out the grilling baskets and throw in some veggies, shrimps and scallops. That with some salad and a couple of side dishes would be perfect.
