He may not look it but Bill seems to like to workout and be physically active. Treadmills, etc. Hes not sedentary like walrus Andy Reid or tubby Charlie Weis. I think he did a 1/2 or full marathon a couple of years ago.

Some media guys mention when BB hits the stage for PCs he is sweaty/spent. I'd suggest some of that is due to him coming to the facilities 5, 6AM and right to the gym.

Its a good practice to get into. Work out in the AM.
