On to Houston....

I think inevitably it's gonna be us and Steelers in championship game. I want to see it, as I'm sure everyone does in the country.

I am focus on houston right now

Texans offense is pretty simple actually. Very conservative.

Their running game sux up the middle. Something like 1.3 ypc. They want to run off tackle.

Os wants to run up tempo w/ play action. He isn't a QB that can give his guys a chance to do damage after the catch.

You absolutely double and eliminate one of their wr's.

It's just not a dynamic offense.

Patriots on offense literally could take any game plan over the last 16 games and it would be good enough to win.

Stay balanced. Establish the run up.the the middle and off tackle to let Blount get into the 2nd level.

We basically call the same run plays for Lewis. I love it. Conviction!

Establish the run. No TO's. Simple as that tbh. The passing game will absolutely take care of itself. We'll beat them on all three levels.

Overall we've seen the defense look a lot better and playing a more complete game. Pass rush, good coverage, good tackling. TO's!

Just playing together.

I expect that to carry over and we'll see a more efficient, dangerous, evolved team in all 3 phases.

Go Pats 2.0!!!!

Need to come out and dominate. Stop the run and make them one dimensional.

Obviously it is all about putting up enough points against their better-than-average defense, because their offense sucks.

Of course, we somehow did it with our backup and shut them out....when the weather was better. And the crowd wasn't going crazy quite as much.

I don't want to be ****y, but...on paper this looks very good for us.

It'll look good on the field too. The Texans have been a team struggling to beat anyone for many weeks. Their lone solid victory was yesterday against a team starting a QB that had like 10 NFL passes in his entire short NFL career.
The 14-2 Patriots with a solid D, solid run game, solid passing game, good STs should be doing cartwheels to face such a questionably capable team in the division round. And if the Patriots can't beat them, Houston, then the Patriots were/are a paper tiger - certainly no where near the leading SB contender everyone believes they are.

IMHO the Patriots will lose in the POs for one of two reasons: (1) the OL outright pitches a sucky performance where teams can rush four but still get to Brady quickly. (2) A la Raven's game a few years back, they just get dominated across the trenches.
I don't see #2 happening this year at all. I am optimistic #1 won't happen. Otherwise a team will need to play their A+ game to beat the Patriots by a score. That's how I see the 2016 POs...

They come prepackaged as one dimensional. If Houston is able to be multi dimensional against us, they will be finding a level they all but didn't have in December, November or October.

Caesars and west gate both have the pats at -14.5

Pittsburgh also favoured at arrowhead by -2.5 or -1.5

I believe Pitt will win, however, what a slap in the face to KC. First round bye/#2 seed, playing at home in a extremely tough place for visitors, yet they are underdogs. Gotta believe that is going to light an extra spark of pissedoffedness in them.

My biggest concern is having a key injury against the Texans. They have a strong defense and can put a lot of pressure on Brady. Also, as mentioned earlier, soundly beating a team during the regular season is no guarantee that you can do it again in the playoffs. Just don't go into the game too complacently.

I don't even need to analyze the game.. the Texans suck and are lucky to be in the playoffs. A lot of us saw that the Texans might play NE in the divisional round after Carr got hurt. The Texans have a decent defense but there offense is sucky. Brock played a good game lol throwing for 168 yards and 1 TD pass and 1 TD rush. I don't think he can play any better than that and he is going up against a much better defense. Pats Roll double bye week.

Pitt should not be favored. That's surprising.

I would take the Pats at -14.5
I would take KC with Pitt getting -2.5

I would take Seattle with Atlanta getting -4.5

And since we don't have anything else GB Vs Dallas.. hmmm I will wait until after the game to make that prediction.

As of now though outright wins I would take:
Pats
KC
Seattle
GB

Much harder to pick the divisional rounds/besides the Pats game.

Man Arrowhead is one of the most intimidating staduims for visiting teams in the NFL! That place will be psychotic next Sunday!
that is partly why Pitt could be dangerous by the AFCCG. If they win in Arrowhead they will be coming to Foxboro on a 9 game winning streak will total confidence.

Don't shoot ourselves in the foot. Never let them think they are in the game.

What they think won't mean anything. They are completely outmatched. No matter what they think about that fact.

I think the Pats are going to beat them by a huge margin 42-14, but they're going to need to keep level heads and play as hard as they've been playing in the second half of the season in order to do that. I'm still convinced that the Rams thought they were going to annihilate the Pats in the Super Bowl, and we all know what happened there.

I'm liking the exact opposites of you picks...Excepts Pats

Well as of now I don't think GB is getting another opportunity. Rodgers is off. So your probably right. So hard to predict NFC.

Yep.

I've lost confidence in SEA.

I like the Giants D but their O sucks
