Are teams (minus a few like the Ravens) really scared to face us?

I see a lot of people mocking you so I am not sure what "few posts" are even addressing the actual issue.

Perhaps you are referencing what DT said which is more along the lines of a player not wanting to face a certain team because they are a bad matchup or especially good at home, or maybe have the GOAT QB.

I assume you have never played competitive sports? If you have and understood what it takes to make it as an elite athlete playing in the NFL you would understand that to get to that level you never had an ounce of fear ever in your career.
A few people aren't mocking me. A lot of people are ;)

Oh and no, I haven't. I wanted to play football when I was younger, but couldn't do to valid reasons. Like I said, I'm just repeating actual things I have seen fans say. If people choose to mock or get annoyed at what I say, that's on them. Life goes on.

Does that include Demaryius Thomas?

Demaryius: Broncos looked past Colts

I think there's a little more of this around the league than one might think. Remember the Cardinals giving up in the 1st quarter of a snowstorm in New England in 2008?

The Ravens clearly haven't been filled with those types of players and coaches, historically.
That's not afraid to play a team. That's looking ahead. And excuse making.

I know I'm starting to get scared of coming to this web site and finding all these useless, piss ant waste of time threads.

Maybe you should take a break from the internet then. Its not worth the energy to get annoyed over threads on the internet and especially ones that aren't insulting any members on the site. I've noticed this, but maybe there's just a difference between me and some people here in the sense of not taking every little thing and getting irritated over harmless threads. I'm not dissing you guys, but just trying to say relax.

By the way before you say - Yes, the anger in my opening post was a joke.

How about trying to post something that has some real football analysis or insight, instead of wasting people's time with this insipid (look it up) crap.

How about some real football talk? Tell me what you think about the evolution of Pat Chungs' game in his second go around with us. Or tell us why you think Jordan Richards was not a waste of a second round pick or why we need to draft another CB instead of DL or tackle. What you think? And why?

All you are doing with these kinds of threads is adding to the massive amounts of cyber babble. We have enough of this already.

I don't talk football? I would say out of my 806 posts here, at least 750 of them are my opinion on the Patriots and football in general. I think you need to understand, I've been apart of so many forums/communties online and a lot of them don't mind half serious/half silly threads from time to time because I wasn't making this thread to troll or annoy people. Maybe its taking me longer to get used to this forum based on my past experiences in countless communities? I know I've been here for almost a year, but its not easy to break posting habits you've had for a decade. This is my first actual sports forum I've posted in over ten times and it has people who are a lot older than me which leads me to believe our sense of humor is a lot different in the sense of posting. Though, like I said: Its just the internet and not worth getting that worked up over. I'll try to make threads that the majority here like more, but I think the difference between us is past experiences and a sense of not taking every thread super seriously due to those experiences.

If that makes sense.

I dont think NFL teams are scared to play, or play anyone.

I mean no disrespect to you but I value this board a great deal and have done so for 14 years.
Your analysis and insights are always welcome and would be appreciated.

I will try better. I can only try to improve as a poster and try to break habits I've obtained from past forums. Its not easy, but I get you guys value this board and can understand why :)

If so, I find that absolute pathetic and makes me sick that grown men and professionals are scared to face us and basically play us knowing they probably will lose.

Man up and do your fuc*ing job. Don't be a ****y and be scared to face the big bad Patriots. No wonder team's play is so awful against us. As much as I hate Baltimore, at least they are fricken playing and not "scared".
???

Well I remember the days when when teams not only weren't scared to face us they actually couldn't wait to play the "Patsies"!
a few seasons here and there maybe. The Pats were actually pretty dam good most years since 1976. A few outliers that were terrible yes.. but mostly tough team.

When you were younger?

you could try out as free agent walk on perhaps?

I've been told my throwing ability is actually pretty accurate, though I fear I'm not football smart enough to make it. Somebody told me they think I may of had a chance if I worked harder towards it as a path and the such.

Yes. I would listen to them.

Malcom Butler was an undrafted free agent. You should try.
