Winey ***** huh?

It's posters like you that cannot fathom what the word respect means.

I bet you are a millennial and more concerned about how many Pokemon points you get and the size of your welfare check.

Taking a stand on an issue is my right. That is not being winey. It's having respect.

Hardly, my kids are millenials. You and I are probably the same age. I just believe the 1st Amendment is the main thing that separates and makes this country great from so many others even those supposed democracies. If people want to act like ****s, I don't care, let them.

Maybe whiney Lil *****es was too strong. I apologize if I offended you.

Everyone on this thread needs to...

(because... America!)

We're good. No offense taken.

This issue clearly gets under my skin.

Judging by his response you would be right. I also love the generalization of millennials because that didn't come off as whiny at all

You stand to show respect for the men and women who died so ****heads like Kaep can indeed express their freedom of speech..the NA is not the time to do do anything else

For hundreds of years, in this nation, African-Americans have endured an unmatched history of racism and oppression, often intentionally and systematically perpetuated by white people, even some well-meaning ones. It continues today, often in the most grotesque forms. This cannot be denied.

But many African-Americans have fought courageously and died valiantly for that same country. And many serve with honor today. Isn't it disrespectful to them to debase the very country they serve?

We know where you stand on the issue which is no stance at all.

He's the bizzaro version of this

Oh man, remember the poster Christian Cat from a couple of years ago?

She was all about shoving Tebow AND Kaepernick down our throats.

You sure it was a she?

Not sure that I agree with making this a race thing, Tom, but you're right that the way blacks have been treated has been deplorable.

In this instance however, I think it's disrespectful to everyone, particularly those who are veterans. That includes all races.

Was that poster actually a girl? They were a bit extreme but I felt the attacks they received for being Christian were unwarranted. Also lazy, there's much better personal attacks to throw at somebody

Oh, hell yes.

She had a tendency to PM me way too often regarding subjects that I couldn't have cared less about. She seemed like a nice person, but bible thumped in many threads, which I believe may have been her downfall.

Yeah, she was an accountant who lived out in Cali. Nice lady, but she really tried to push the bible thumping down our throats.

I agree with you that she got way too much crap for her views on Tebow, but that went for many who supported him that year. Unfortunately, she really stood for her opinions, and would also tell on other posters when they disagreed with her.

I'll go one step further.

What he did was a slap in the face to every person who respects the laws of this land.

Unmatched by other races in this country or unmatched compared to other countries? Either way I disagree on both. Native Americans were nearly wiped out as a race and there are other countries that have a far worse going history of this. In some cases within their own race.
