NFL threatens to suspend 4 players from Al Jazeera report indefinitely if they don't interview

Someone give me a reason other than "because it's Peyton and the league won't embarrass him" why the league gave him a free pass almost right away but is making these other guys interview. Am I missing something. Is there actually a legitimate reason? Am I missing something?

The league considers itself to be at war with the players. An influentialk retied player with a history of throwing others under the bus for his own gain, gave the NFL enough information about the process to sink 4 active players.

The PED policy gives credit and lesser suspensions for ratting on others, so this would be consistent with the intentions of the league.

It was that incredibly in-depth, 7 month long investigation they went through, digging under every rock, examining every single text message of Sly's and Peyton's, interviewing all the key people (and more) at least five times each, and determining that, even though HGH was sent to Peyton's house from a very shady firm that supplied PEDs to other athletes, surely nothing at all untoward happened with the Mannings.

If Tom Brady were mentioned in the AL jeezera report the sports world would be in a frenzy. There would have been 24hr coverage and it would have even made breaking news in CNN and major news networks. The way the GOAT and the Patriots are treated by everyone else is frustrating. They should be praised for all of their success. I know it's been stated many times by fellow Patsfans board members, but I'll say it again anyways **** the other 31 teams and their fanbases.

If it were Brady instead of Manning, the other players named in the report would be a footnote and distant memory. it would literally be 24x7 news coverage with "Analysts" like Mike Silver acting disgusted and demanding Brady just admit to doing it to save everyone time

Thats the major contrast between Manning and Brady.. For Manning, they cleared him in a private interview that was not publicized and done behind close doors... then went very publicly after the other players named in the report

For Brady, they would have cleared the other 4 players and treated Brady as 100% guilty from the second the story was out

You guys are biased and jealous. You can't tell me that if you had Manning's resources you wouldn't make sure your pregnant wife got treated at the best strip mall available.
