The New England Patriots entered week two of the preseason in a game that was expected to feature a large amount of snaps for many of the potential starters as the august slate of tune ups wind down.
Quarterbacks Cam Newton and Mac Jones each performed at a high level while the defense put together a lock down showing of their own.

Not even two minutes into the game, the Patriots defense forced a turnover on former foe Joe Flacco.
Former Eagle Jalen Mills and Matt Judon teamed up to put the Patriots offense in the red zone following a forced fumble.

In the second quarter, in what would become a recurring theme on this night, the Patriots running backs began bulling the Eagles front seven on defense.

In the fourth quarter, Quinn Nordin tacked on a field goal and the Patriots left the city of brotherly love as winners by a final score of 35-0.
The Patriots will now have some time off before they head to New Jersey for joint practices and a preseason finale against the New York Giants on August 29th.
