Exactly. This has been a painful experience as a fan but I can take some solace in knowing that the worst (I hope) injustice has already befallen us. I look forward to other fans *****ing when their players are being suspended without evidence. Same dopes who cheered on the NFL against Brady.

The circuits basically said that A46 trumps everything. That's why it was such a disastrous pair of rulings for the future of arbitration. Unless it's crystal clear that you won the negotiations, and you know that the arbiter(s) of choice is(are) on your side, you have to be a complete idiot to enter into any CBA/work situation, with arbitration, at this point.
