NFL threatens to suspend 4 players from Al Jazeera report indefinitely if they don't interview

I do, however, enjoy the weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth among the fans who supported the NFL in NFL v. Brady. I want them to get a taste of the medicine they so happily saw us swallow.
Those fans are absolutely deluded in that they still believe Roger Goodell has taken it easy on Brady because he is bosom buddies with Kraft.

Wasn't James Harrison the guy who said he'd submit to an interview or test if Roger Goodell personally came to his home?

Regardless...at this point, after all the **** thrown at Tom Brady and how other fans cheered it on I hope Goodell ****s over players left and right. It feels like there is little more to fear as a Patriots fan so hopefully the rest of the league can begin to feel our pain as well.

They should have men in black suits show up at their homes and force their hand.

I heard that works.

The only way this ends right for the players is to strike, right here and right now.

Demand the removal of Goodell, and all suspension appeals are heard by a neutral third party arbitrator, starting with Brady and Peterson's.

BRILLIANT! I love it. That should get some attention quickly.

DOn't care...those fans of the others teams can now ***** and moan..nothing will get done

No, Goodell would suspend them for that, it's conduct detrimental to the league....

Suspend them all! Get em all!

Also cooperation is complete BS. We all know that Peyton had PEDs delivered but all he had to do was a simple "Aw shucks I didn't do it" and he got away with it.

Between the money the NFL tried to hide from the NFLPA, the garbage study of CTE, and the repeated abuse of Article 46... it's like Goodell is actively trying to pick a fight with the NFLPA.

I don't get it. Unless the ultimate strategy is to force the NFLPA to use all of their ammo for the next CBA fighting non-financial issues.

"First they came for the Saints for Bountygate, and I did not speak out -- because I wasn't a Saints fan.

Then They came for the Patriots for Deflategate, and I did not speak out--because I wasn't a Patriots fan.

Then they came for Tom Brady and the Players Association, and I did not speak out because I wasn't a Tom Brady fan or didn't realize the importance of his fight.

Then they came for the players on my favorite team and there was nothing to be done because the Second Circuit Court reaffirmed Goodell's power to rule without reasonableness." -- The rest of the fans in the NFL.

to which my reply would be welcome to the club and tough ****

The current CBA has a no strike/no lockout clause. The players would potentially have an awful lot of liability if they breached the contract, and I doubt this is an issue they would be united on.
