God I hope this happens, more fuel to the fire. Players have got to man up next CBA.

We'll see if NFLPA has foot'BALLS to stick to their guns and make it demands for all these rules as I go power hungry goodell* only problem is for players. How long can they hols out.

"Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison,Green Bay Packers linebackers Clay Matthews and Julius Peppers and free-agent linebacker Mike Neal will be suspended beginning Aug. 26 if they haven’t cooperated,"

**** can them all! Woooooo hooooooo!!!!! F them all. F them good! Zero sympathy. They cheered goodell a month ago when it was TB's turn. I don't hear them cheering as loudly now. Good. No... Excellent! SUFFER!

I do, however, enjoy the weeping, wailing and gnashing of teeth among the fans who supported the NFL in NFL v. Brady. I want them to get a taste of the medicine they so happily saw us swallow.

So the implication is that the NFL presumes these people guilty because they didn't cooperate, but Pink Head was innocent because he did.

Which also suggests that the NFL thinks that the report was right about some players (these guys) and wrong about others (Pink Head). Which would seem unlikely.

More likely is that everyone is guilty, including Pink Head. But that would go against the NFL's narrative of holding him up as a bastion of integrity, despite all evidence to the contrary.

Effectively, the NFL is saying to those guys "You are all guilty. Except you Peyton. You're all good, please feel free to make some more Papa John commercials."

Well as long as Peyton's not guilty, that was the main NFL worry. I guess the rest of the players can pound sand.
It would be awesome if everyone in the article except Manning was found to be guilty. And a cloud hangs over him forever.

FUNFL

If Manning has been cleared by the NFL, why does the NFL need to compel anyone else to be interviewed? Deductive reasoning can swing both ways here. Where theres smoke, there's fire... or not.

I'm looking forward to seeing Goodell completely **** up another what should be straightforward case.
