Hali's beginning his decline, and KC must believe that he won't earn his keep moving forward.
They should be targeting his replacement during the free agency process, the draft, and the
post-draft period that ends at the start of TC.

Blunt, Develin & Ebner are one-year, non-guaranteed, minimum-wage JAGs for whom nobody needs to be released in order to sign.
Hicks will admittedly cost a lot more, but getting rid of that fat pile of fetid trash Cannonfodder will solve that problem.
Still shake my head at that Arrington-like extension. 10th largest cap hit on roster. He makes more than Edelman and Ninkovich.

They drafted his replacement years ago.

Ebner could get a special teams ace long term deal.

Roddy White tees off on Kyle Shanahan

No way Roddy works here because of this nugget:

Some think the Shanahan offense was too complex. White disagrees, sort of.

“No it wasn’t,” White said, “besides the things [Shanahan] was doing in making six variations to one route."

Oh no Roddy. 6 variations? Edelman says hello with what, 12? Lol.

Didn't want him to begin with and I hope Bill didn't either. Roddy White is an ass.

Mario Williams meeting with the Dolphins.

The Pats don't even want to kick the tires?

I'm guessing that the price will be too high, Joker. If a guy like Sheard can command 5.5m per year after coming off of two down/injured seasons, then it's probably reasonable to expect at least 7m a year for Williams.

Not only that, but we just drafted 2 more DE/DL in the top 100 players last spring, and already have 20m dollars in cap hits dedicated to our three DEs in Ninkovich, Jones, and Sheard. Bringing in another DE just doesn't make much sense to me, unless they're planning on trading Jones.

The reason I posted that is the obscenity that is Suh's contract...yet the Phins are willing to entertain Williams. Guess I'm just antsy...plus I'm beyond infuriated at this dog and pony show Goodell is puking up all over our lives.

It feels like last offseason all over again, and that completely sucks.

Yea that kind of attitude won't fly here.

I bet Dimintroff and Pioli have the same thoughts

Being attracted to the idea of Williams just makes too much sense for the Phins. They are on a mission to acquire all of the highly priced attitude issues in the League. Watch him go there and find a way to complain about their coach and scheme, too, while chewing up cap space they could have used to actually strengthen their team.

We're not losing a bunch of quality veterans though which is a good thing. I feel quite hopeful about next season if they can improve the OL and the running game.

Just read that Suh Is redoing his contract to free up Cap Space for Phins.
