I agree that I am ignorant when it comes to definitions of different types of businesses, but such a distinction has no bearing on this conversation. That said, I called it a vocabulary mistake, which it was. I did say that you can check my spelling and grammar too, as both hold the same amount of relevance to the argument. Do me a favor: Go into the business world and use the term "corporation" to refer to privately-held, incorporated entities.
