Arbitration cases are rarely overturned in court. NFL arbitration cases are ALWAYS overturned in court. They are 0-5 in arbitration cases. The odds of something like that happening is like winning Powerball while being eaten by a shark that is being hit by lightening.

I would like to know how many people can screw up 5 TIMES at their job and not get fired?

If it got overturned, it means that Berman ruled that Goodell violated the CBA. So Goodell's reasoning behind the punishment can either be attributed to incompetence or him having an ax to grind. Either way, I wonder if it will be enough for the owners to oust him.
