NY Daily News Front Page (!) Headline: "Deflateful Dead: NFL case vs Brady dying..."

People are being really lazy starting threads, no quotes, no pics, etc..

Why not post an excerpt to let us know why we should read it?
this was on the front page of the nydnews late yesterday, i didn't think that it had much in the way of backing brady. For example they edited certain comments by the judge or kessler that were positive for brady. for example they leave out that nash tried to sneak one by the judge in regards to a flurry of texts as circumstantial evidence that brady was texting and calling jasminsky and mcnally. But that the judge said 'this is only about jan 18, nothing else.' so it still appeared that brady had texted those two a lot on that day.

Wait until tomorrow.. the tide will probably change, Goodell and his band of Jets Flunkies can plant a few strategic leaks to lemming social media icons..

in the raw video halfway down the article we can hear you (patsfan74) yell out "one more for the thumb Tommy!"
OMG! Thanks. I hadn't played it. 21 seconds in you can hear me shouting that. I didn't realize any of the national cameras had picked it up! Thanks for pointing it out! Made the whole wait worthwhile!

And Berman, by his own admission, follows the news. so Goodell and his crew trying to still win the PR battle will only backfire. And, if he feels the news is misrepresenting things, he might be more inclined to set things straight? We can only hope so as the truth is on Brady's side.

So this is the stuff we, as Patriots fans, are going to have to combat from here on out as the media willfully and repeatedly mis-states facts. For instance:

Nash claimed the totality of the evidence gathered by NFL investigator Ted Wells and his law firm — including a flurry of text messages about Brady sent between Patriots employees' Jim McNally and John Jastremski after last season's AFC Championship game — "clearly indicates Mr. Brady's knowledge and encouragement of this activity."

Correct me if I'm wrong, but the "flurry" (5 or 6 maybe?) of text messages between McNally and Jastremski happened in May of 2014 and again after the October 2014 Jets game NOT "after last season's AFC Championship game".

To God's ears....

Thanks for your assistance in remedying my laziness. I lost a day of work yesterday hanging out for six hours at the courthouse (a lot of people found my thread on it helpful and you can hear me shouting "One more for the thumb, Tommy" in the clip as he gets into his car), but I was in a rush to make up for my lost work time this morning and didn't have time to post more than the link. Thanks again for helping out.

I doubt they will be so stupid (but with the NFL you can never tell ). Berman will see right through that kind of crap, as he is a self-avowed "media junkie."

I gave up on most of the sports media and fans outside NE a long time ago. That's why we now have a judge involved who can cut through that crap. Let the sports media and haters think what they want to think. We have no control over that and will only drive ourselves crazy if we worry about it.

That wasn't a shout, that was a freaking growl! Remind me to always be nice to you from now on

When have they been that "smart"...????

Often arrogance trumps common sense..
