Respect. Both teams take care of the ball, so there's no guarantee that turnovers will factor into the game.

That's why. Probably 1 TO all game, team that gets it will probably change the game and will gain momentum off of it.

Brady put the ball where he had to put the ball on both throws. People say the pass in the SB was off target, but I just don't see it that way. If he puts that ball too far in front of Welker, then I think the safety makes the play. He put it behind Welker because that made Welker the only person who could make a play on the ball. He just didn't make the play.

Such a brutal way to lose a Superbowl. I still get nightmares from this and of course Tyree...

I hate 4:25 games. That extra 20 minutes feels like two hours.

Win or lose, this is damn special. It's Brady v. Manning again, people. We really do need to understand that there may not be many of these. In fact, each one could really be the last one. And think about how both of them, as old as they are, are still on top of the game. That's just incredible. These are real men who are able to reach such a level of focus and perfecting their respective crafts. Wow.

No dennard? Sucks.

Go pats!

What's the wind like there?

In many ways the second loss hurt me more. I just really felt they would win that one. Brady dragged a sorry ass defense all the way to a SB and came within that drop from winning. Brady is the GREATEST TO EVER PLAY THIS GAME! I don't care what anyone says.

For JM57 sorry for late reply

Nice to see @@pherein back here again.

Would love to see your thoughts on Sunday's game if you get the time.

Thanks , nice to see you guys again.
I think to a certian extent both teams have built their linup to beat the other. BB seems builds his team to beat the best in the AFC every year, like adding revis to combat PM. Tom looks alot better in the last few games. PM always looks good, because he usually has great WR's, until he chokes.
I think you can define why he chokes though, Its because if you make PM one diminsional he cant handle it. Kill his short or long game and he cant cope with it I believe.
While Tom can adapt, and play well if you take out any part of the game.
Wind is going to limt PM game today , so I dont see him having a successful playing only the short game all day, he going to get some interceptions.
If NE can get a run game going in the 2nd half , keep to short passes with edelman, gronk, with screens to vereen. Using Bolden to power denvers weak right side off tackle. It could be a runnaway game with PM getting frustrated .
I believe Patriots are a better all around team , even though Denver has some amazingly talented peices.

Tanguay has become insufferable. Never was a fan, but he really has made the pre and post game shows on 98.5 totally unlistenable.
Tanguay is such an insufferable douchebag. He may very well be the guy I hate the most in the Boston sports media.

Leading up to the Bears game he was going on and on about how the Bears would give the Pats serious problems and the tough 6 game stretch. I think he may have even picked the Bears. Then after the game first thing he does is talk about how beating the Bears wasn't impressive and it proves nothing and it is the next 5 games that is the barometer.

We're both right for different reasons, I suppose. It's definitely a game that could potentially come down to one play. The team that makes it will likely win.

My wife broke her leg a few days ago and we're watching on the small standard def TV in her hospital room, but we're really psyched for this game. Go Pats!!!!!!

This is gonna be a nail biter.

denver have played well all year, surely they are due for a bad game.
idk i feel like they will move the ball easily..and it's impossible to stop them in the red zone

He did pick the Bears.

Healthy scratch is misleading. Healthy scratch means that if he is still not 100% due to his injuries, it isn't limiting him in practice in any way. Plenty of players who are still not 100%, but are practicing fully are not on the injury report. Healthy scratches are overstated in some cases.

You may be right, Rob. Then again, he was taken off of the injury report almost 3 full weeks ago, so he should be considered well enough to play if needed.

Light, Phifer, Seymour, Patten are some of the names present today. Wow.

Anyone else's audio skipping on CBS? In the Boston market with fios, if that matters.
