Is there a 10 sec run off of the clock for a penalty within the last two minutes of the game?
All Atlanta had to do to win the game is take to two kneel downs and the Lions would have been left with 20 seconds. Quite pathetic how the game unraveled for the Falcons.

On delay of game penalty in #DETvsATL there is no 10-sec runoff. The clock was stopped. Previous play was a QB spike.
