Good officiating there by the way. Officials called it both a fumble and a touchdown, which means both get reviewed automatically, which is what they should default to in both situations as that is the case.

This is probably a reach but sometimes an embarrassment puts the players AND coaches in a frame of mind to think hard outside of what they have been thinking.
