Aaron Hernandez charged with murder

Attorney seeking an order barring "public comment" on the case. Prosecutor agrees.

I haven't read everything........what exactly sets AH apart from the other 2 in terms of being the one who actually did the killing?

His money, he owned the house and rental, the cleaning crew, the guns.

Judge asks, "does the court have constitutional authority to put a gag order on planet earth."

I agree. There's no hard proof, just several slight things that need to be connected.

Need to hear what's in the statements of his accomplices/co-conspirators/friends/whatever.

But even from what we know there's a lot of circumstantial evidence and it's pretty damning.

all news agencies are having to use "former" patriots TE was charged with murder given he was released between arrest and charge.

So basically this is what happened.

Aaron Hernandez allegedly threw his entire life and career and fortune away because Lloyd talked to people he didn't like at a club in Boston.

Nice judgement, buddy.

Wow. Guilty as hell. This evidence is OVERWHELMING.

How so? A bullet in the car, footage of Hernandez with the gun and some suspicious texts might be enough to put him away if there is some testimony putting him at the scene and killing Lloyd.

But that's not overwhelming evidence that Hernandez pulled the trigger. I'm not apologizing or standing up for the guy, but what has come out as evidence that he actually did it?

Now - this is all extremely strong evidence that he was complicit in one way or another, no doubt, so if it is true then the team absolutely made the right call letting him go and, again, I'm not saying he's innocent.

wow no bail. the look on ah face when the judge denied bail says it all. what a unbelievably depressing story this is. what the hell was he thinking? what the hell is wrong with him?

I'm sure Belichick will have a lot to say on the matter...

Most murder cases are circumstantial.

I think most people misunderstand what circumstantial evidence is, even after it's explained to them.

I've been a huge proponent about him being innocent until proven guilty, which I still believe is the right way to look at it, but if this is true and this is the reason on why he allegedly murdered Lloyd I am completely speechless and dumbfounded.

The look in Aaron's eyes have changed a lot in the last five minutes. After the judge denied bail, he looked scared. He's trying to put on a poker face but you can tell.

He's going to be held without bail. Good, to hell with him.

Might help the Pats' case for getting cap relief?

He will be unavailable at the start of training camp. Under the CBA that would trigger the personal conduct policy to get back the bonus. The question is whether cutting him before that date actually nullifies that.

Tears now. I think they have him 100%

Just tragic all around.

It does.

There was a Tweet a couple of hours ago saying that by cutting him the Patriots forfeited getting money back.

I would bet that this moron is probably asking his agent right now about getting picked up by another team. Stupid usually runs right to the bone!

Watching him standing there is all pretty surreal. I feel bad for the young kids that looked up to him. Parents will be having some tough conversations with their young ones. That said, it still pales in comparison to what the Lloyd family must be feeling.
