With those idiots who were running the SF-STL game clock I cannot be surprised at that.

why is cutler twitching his head every 3 seconds?

That's so lame they tied. There shouldn't be any ties in any sport ever.

Where were the Patriots-Bills highlights on the halftime show?

Be thankful. In Gaelic Football in Ireland, if they are tied at the end of regulation and injury time they do a 'replay'.

In other words, they replay the whole game the following week.

lol that's weird as hell.

It's a pleasure to watch two hungry, stout defenses like Texans @ Bears. Both defenses look relentless. BB has a big flaming pile of poo defense compared to what these teams bring to the table.

chicago just booed an injured player off the field

some of those bears fans also took joy in katrina happening, so yeah, some of them are less than human

In their defense, he should have caught that pass.

(They are wrong for booing but damn the Bears let me down last night.)

Yes, and it happens more often than you would think.

Consider this, the governing body, the GAA (comparable to the NFL) sets this rule. If their appointed refs end up calling it a tie, the GAA reaps a significant financial windfall from a replay. Gate receipts, advertisements, etc...

Like I said it happens more often than you would think.

;-)

Never seen a game end in a tie before, weird...

I was at Target last night and the checkout clerk joked upon seeing my Pats sweatshirt, "Got lucky today, almost lost to *that* Bills team!"

I responded, "I'll take winning ugly over losing pretty...or tying the Rams."

"Huh?"

"49ers/Rams ended in a tie."

"What?!? Football games don't end in ties!"

"It's rare, but yes they can."

"Aww, man! You serious? They couldn't beat St. Louis?"

Very satisfying to turn the tables on that guy.

Regards,
Chris
