We also have scored an average of 23 ppg and were only under 23 once.
This team also is the worst personell Baltimore has put on the field defensively in a decade.
You do realize that since Weis left the Patriots have been:
#1 in wins (more than 10% better than #2)
#1 in points scored
#2 in total yards
#1 in fewest turnovers (20 less)
So if you are correct, I guess creativity doesn't matter, huh?
By the way during Weis' years, the Patriots were
2nd in wins
10th in points scored
18th in total yards
9th in fewest turnovers
Not sure the offense should be pining to bring back the Weis schemes and playcalling.
La Canfora just tweeted:
Torry Smith has left the Ravens hotel following the death of his younger brother Kevin in a motorcycle accident at 2 am ...
Wow, pretty rough.
I've been saying the same thing all week.
Not sure why so many think this, especially after Celek tore him a new one last week.
I really doubt they'd be 1/2 that stupid.
Very nervous about this one. It'd be a big win for the team if they can pull it off. But this has a classic "early season debacle" written all over it. Ravens will be out for blood and should be pumped in front of a national TV audience. Hope I'm wrong but I think Baltimore beats us bad.
I should have specified that by "getting to Brady" I did not mean sacks - but more hurries, balls thrown away, knockdowns, and most importantly, getting him to move his feet. Nobody is better yet nobody is less effective when moved off his spot than TB (I think).
Really worried about our offensive line vs ngata. Also Dean Pees knows the pats/brady's tendencies and weaknesses so should another thing favoring them.
ESPN's Ron Jaworski, appearing on SportsCenter, noticed on tape that the Ravens are failing to generate much of a pass rush, which he attributes to the loss of Terrell Suggs (Achilles).
Paul Kruger, who has stepped in as Baltimore's "rush" linebacker, has yet to find himself on the stat sheet. Second-round pick Courtney Upshaw has just a half-sack. The Ravens have a respectable six sacks through two games, but four came in Week 1 against a Bengals team that was down big and allowed the Ravens to come right after them. Baltimore also lost an adequate pass rusher in Jarret Johnson to San Diego this past offseason.

That is big because even when Suggs didn't get to Brady in a game, he always gave Brady fits.
I dont understand your comment, did you mistype that when Suggs did nothing he was effective?
how many running plays you guys think the pats will run?
20+ carries will either be a success or a waste of plays.
I meant when Suggs didn't get sacks he was still effective in rattling Brady at least at times. I should have mentioned sacks.
I disagree. Suggs has never been much of a factor against us. Sacks or otherwise and he certainly didnt 'rattle' Brady.
Jesus, I am getting so sick of this Brady is a prima dona puusssyy stuff. Its just not accurate. You should know better.

Since 2009, Suggs has sacked Brady 3 times in four games. He has been more of a factor than you claim. I wish I had QB hits and pressure stats.
Never said that Brady was a prima donna ********. He does get rattled at time under pressure just like every QB. Suggs has been able to do that at times.
