Late last week, former New England Patriots offensive tackle Matt Light joined old teammate Willie McGinest on NFL Network for an interview.
During his time as a Patriot, Light developed a reputation as the “team prankster” and so he shared a few stories of the times even head coach Bill Belichick wasn’t immune to his antics.
Light did however admit he “went a little too far” with one of them.

Light spent his entire NFL career as a Patriot from 2001-2011, helping the team reach five Super Bowls and earning three Pro Bowl selections over that span.
In addition to being named a member of the Patriots 50th Anniversary and All 2000’s teams, Light would earn a red jacket as the 2018 inductee to the Patriots Hall of Fame.
There is no word on when Light will be honored for his pranks.
