I guess no one on this board is a personal trainer or nutritionist or you would know that high caloric, fatty, processed food is the best and easiest way to gain lean muscle. This is the problem with message boards. If I wasn't familiar enough with Rob's posting history to know that he's an intelligent guy, I would have no idea if he was being sarcastic or serious. There isn't a single viewpoint that's too absurd for someone to argue it online with absolute, genuine conviction.
