Interesting choice of words, given the subject.

Ha, I wasn't even thinking about that. But seriously, Ray isn't an a-hole at all. I'm starting to think Suggs really isn't either. He might be dumb, but he just likes to squawk.

Suggs says stuff that is tongue in cheek and offends over-sensitive fans.

Ray Ray gets involved in nightclub shootings and covers for murderers.

Tough choice...oh look, patsfans thinks the guy who says bad stuff about the Patriots is WORSE?

I guess we all assumed the question was more in relation to football and the field. You are taking this to a totally different tangent.

*******s and murderers arent even on the same scale. Suggs is an a-hole because of how he acts with the media and his stale love for Brady. We don't know the whole story with all of that Ray Lewis stuff. I'm sure of he did it, he wouldnt be suiting up against us this upcoming week.

Didn't Suggs say something like this on a NFL feature on QBs ?

"The perfect quarterback? *pause* Tom Brady."

None of us know what went down that night. What we do know is that all of his coaches speak very highly of his character, almost every player in the NFL looks up to him and he's been a kind of a mentor for alot of guys, seems to be a good dad, holds friggin bible studies in his home.

Imo it's very easy to hang out with the wrong crowd and get into trouble...especially when you're young and a star player.

The Ray Lewis Coaching Tree - Part 1 - YouTube this is some good stuff on him..you can find others part there too.

I'm biased though...Ray is one my favorites.

Really? Are we really debating whether Ray Lewis is an A-Hole or not? Way to go for ignorant thread start of the year Lets just tilt the Karma scales more their way!

Absolute class act on and off the field, who plays hard and clean. One of the greatest of all time without a doubt, always has heavy praise for the Pats and just says it how it is; 'it'll all play out on the field'.

Suggs is just a 'Class A' idiot. No one likes him. Unfortunately he has an uncanny way of backing his mouth up.

I guess you forgot the part where Ray Lewis was an accessory to the murder of two people.

:bricks:

Don't worry, a lot of people do. And people includes the media.

The world would be a better place without either of these a-holes. Suggs beat a woman; Lewis gets in fights and people end up dead. Screw them both.

T. Suggs or R. Lewis?

I hate em both, but I have to say I Lewis is the bigger a-hole. Only because of his off the field actions years ago. On the field they are about the same. Oh and that dance Lewis does when he is first going on the field is stupid. It looks like he is having a seizure.

Hate Sizzle? Hate Ray Ray? Why who could ever do such a thing? You need to to get rid of that hate bruh, it aint good for the soul. I love all you guys, even you PatsFan. Thanks for thinking about a brother too, shouts out to ya! And after the game i can personally give you a t-shirt to dry those tears

The collective IQ of this thread, which was low to begin with, just plunged about 100 points.

Oh ok. Consequences are only for people who don't play the sport of football well enough to get rich. We should give poor Ray Lewis the benefit of a doubt for his role in a murder because he sure can tackle.

Bravo!

I like Ray Lewis as well. The guy gives the Patriots all the respect in the world. Good guy.

Get into trouble, yes. Commit double homicide, no. If it was easy for Ray Lewis' situation to happen, it would happen far more often.

And it goes both ways - if Ray Lewis weren't a star MLB in the NFL, I'm sure he would've done time.

Either way most players are hated for all types of things. Do you know how many people think Brady is a a-hole for leaving his wife for another woman?

I'm not comparing this to "alleged" murder charges or beating wives, but the question was strickly who's a bigger a-hole. This can fall on any player especially when the media makes it that way.

I know we can't have gimmick accounts, so I'd just like to welcome Terrell to the forum. See you Sunday.

Mayweather is a world champion, undefeated boxer worth more than any NFL player and even he has to do jail time thats not for murder charges.

Lewis is one of the all time great MLB and a first ballot HOF'er.

That being said, from about 2003/04 to 06 when Lewis was being voted first team all pro every year and going to Hawaii, he was being completely outplayed by one #54 Tedy Bruschi whow was winning super bowls. Not saying that #54 was a better player for his career, but that 3 year stretch there was not a better MLB in the league.

Then most people are idiots. Since Brady didn't leave his wife for another woman. He left his girlfriend, who later was revealed to be pregnant, and he now fully supports the child.

I don't get your point. What does that have to do with Ray Lewis getting away with a crime?

Either way, alot of women call him words far worse than an a-hole for it. Remember, they arent biased like we are for Brady. He's not there football team hero like we see him, he's just another good-looking rich guy to them.

And who are you people to judge another man on an incident where you have no idea what really happened. An incident where the US court system didnt find him guilty. Who are you to make a decision on this man's character after something that happened over a decade ago?

A human being with the capability to think or use reason. Which separates fnordcircle from most Baltimore Ravens fans.

Yes, because divorce is unheard of in society now. Yes, what an ******* Tom Brady is for doing something that happens in over half of marriages.
