T. Suggs or R. Lewis?

I hate em both, but I have to say I Lewis is the bigger a-hole. Only because of his off the field actions years ago. On the field they are about the same. Oh and that dance Lewis does when he is first going on the field is stupid. It looks like he is having a seizure.

I go Lewis by an eyelash. His murdering another human being was the deciding factor.

Not even close...it's Suggs by a mile.

Unfortunately, you'd be wrong if you said that Suggs hasn't been suspected of the same, as well as many other forms of criminal tomfoolery.

I actually respect Ray Lewis and what he's done. I can't say the same for Sizzle.

ray lewis , gave high praise for tom brady on the nfl top 100 players.... so im going with suggs...

Really? Are we really debating whether Ray Lewis is an A-Hole or not? Way to go for ignorant thread start of the year  Lets just tilt the Karma scales more their way!

Absolute class act on and off the field, who plays hard and clean. One of the greatest of all time without a doubt, always has heavy praise for the Pats and just says it how it is; 'it'll all play out on the field'.

Suggs is just a 'Class A' idiot. No one likes him. Unfortunately he has an uncanny way of backing his mouth up.

Just read that Suggs was named Pro Football Weekly Defensive Player of the Year. :/

No, I'm just not sore over the playoff loss anymore and have great respect for one of the GOAT.

How Ray Lewis can be described as an A-Hole is beyond me! Is it maybe because he chirps on the field? Well it's part of the game...having played both sides of the ball I can respect that...he backs it up, so I can't really sit there and complain, can I?

It's only just gone midday here, I don't start that early ;)

 time to put down the vodka and drink some water, you are cut off

Suggs seems to be showing Brady some love lately....

One might say his cutting remarks have slashed open many a wound on the egos of opposing players, but somehow Ray manages to get away with it.

Whats the point of this thread? are we being jets fans right now?
stop it, please..

Not even close...it's Suggs by a mile.

Are you asking who's the biggest a-hole in relation to football or just everyday life?

Ray Lewis is an awesome player and person. He also lets his talking play out on the field, not through the media like Suggs does.

How is this even a question?

Why choose? Suggs is a punk and Lewis kills people.

On the field anyway, Ray Lewis seems like the perfect linebacker, perfect team leader, super-motivator, intense, well-prepared, intelligent, and for the most part respectful of opponents (though candid in interviews, giving strong opinions).

Suggs is far less accomplished, far less respectful to opponents, and his volume-to-ability ratio is far far higher than Ray Lewis.

You can downgrade Lewis for off-the-field stuff, but a younger version of him is what I'd like Mayo to become, on the field.

Suggs by a mile...

Suggs says stuff that is tongue in cheek and offends over-sensitive fans.

Ray Ray gets involved in nightclub shootings and covers for murderers.

Tough choice...oh look, patsfans thinks the guy who says bad stuff about the Patriots is WORSE?

This. The guy is a class act. Personally, I don't judge people I don't know on off the field issues...especially given I haven't got the most perfect record myself.

Only hypocrites judge others they don't know on things they don't know about.

Is this thread serious? Ray Lewis was a "presenter" for Brady being named the top player in the NFL for the NFL Network's Top 100 series. He has nothing but huge respect for Tom and the Patriots. You and I would both kill to have Ray on this team for the bazillion years he's been dominant.
