If you were actually watching the game, you'd realize that he was hit up high while he was stepping into the throw. The Chargers were around the 20-30 yard line with ~:09 seconds left in the half throwing "deep" to try and score a TD. Virtually every QB in the league would have a tough time converting that pass while having a 250+ DE on his chest.

I did watch the game. Rivers has been playing like crap for most of the game. He made a bad decision on that play because there wasn't a Charger in the area the ball went to. He has been under pressure most of the game and his o-line has played like crap, but he has not play great this game thus far.

The ball was deflected? The area where the ball went to is not where he intended to throw the ball.

I'm not a Chargers fan, but I think you're being unfair.

The Chargers had a good drive to start the half. Poor tackling by the Vikes and Tolbert acting like a bowling ball.

Pro Football Focus just updated their top 100 players. Ryan Kerrigan is now the top rated player in the NFL and Kareem McKenzie has slipped from #1 to #4, Brady is still 75th.
