Porno? Uh no, that was Spikes...See ya..... BM.... take your freestyling ways with you.
I'm sure BB has a plan...... He obviously hated his safety position as camp played out. Looks like Barrett and that other little fella, Anquan Bolden are in.
My thinks that someone like Sharper comes in in week two, once vet salaries are not guaranteed. Just for depth. Dowling might be getting some work there too.
Don't cry for Merriweather, some team will pick him up and be disappointed in him too. If not, there is always the porno industry.
isn't this the dude we got instead of Clay Matthews?

Merriweather has always been a below average coverage guy and mainly a headhunter. I understand the cut... Let the Sergio Brown era begin:rocker:
BTW patsfans is delusional.
Every player we have is an all -pro /really high ceilling/never bust.
When we cut/trade him he is horrible.
Men, he is exactly the same bust than a year before.

It's theoretically conceivable (I think), but no, it won't happen... he's goneeeeForgive my ignorance but is it possible they cut him then re-sign him to a new contract?
Not that I think it will happen, but could it?
One thing I am surprised about is that the Pats couldn't get something, anything, from somebody in a trade for him. I know teams are often hesitant to trade for a guy that is set to be a free agent the following year, but Meriweather's contract ($1.65M) was relatively team-friendly, even if it did turn out to be a one-year rental.
