NFL Division Round: Packers at Falcons

yea, seems like rodgers is much better when hes scramblig out of the pocket and making on the run throws.

Rodgers is what Jets fans foolishly think Sanchez can be.

I will pray my hardest for whoever faces the Packers in the NFC title game... I do NOT want Patriots/Packers in the Super Bowl. I would be waaaay too nervous

What is going on with all these Turnovers in these games today? The Patriots must keep the ball protected tomorrow...

First and foremost, we have got to take care of the jets tommorow. I hope the patriots stomp the jets.

Sigh. No, my point is that the Packers owning the Falcons doesn't prove that the Packers are some sort of juggernaut, because the Falcons are deeply flawed and overrated. Chicago, for example, has been pretty successful in limiting their offense.

No one said they were a juggernaut.

The burbon is affecting your mind. The falcons are awful tonight, but far from "deeply flawed" and certainly not over rated. They earned their record.

I agree, Chicago has done good job. Better than we did against them.

ATL 17 turnvers all season, 4 tonite

htting a FG with less than 2 mins remaining is not running up the score ?

Um, no. The Falcons are deeply flawed, as tonight's game showed.

to correctly gauge the packers, imo we have to see how they fare against chicago (if chicago makes it to the next round).

Aikman needs to go back in the closet. Nudge, nudge, wink, wink. And did I mention Joe (Mr. Hyperbole) Buck? Awful commentators.

NFL on FOX is terrible across the board. Bad commentators. Terrible studio analysts. The HD quality of their games is way, way below CBS as well. It's too bad these NFC ball washers have the Superbowl. It is going to be painful to watch no matter who is playing in it.

As for the game, Falcons = hot air. I know familiarity breeds contempt so the Bears should be a closer game if they don't blow it tomorrow, but I think the Packers are going the Superbowl. If Seattle wins tomorrow, the NFC championship game might be the biggest joke ever.

Well than prove it. Go to the season stats and prove the deeply flawed comment. One game does not make a team deeply flawed.

Packers did not punt the whole game. That's amazing.

Congrats to the Packers. Can they get to the Super Bowl? Bears/Packers next week will be a good one. Seattle/Packers not so much.

If any team gets blown out, there is a problem, no good team gets blown out. They lose but not blown out. Just something Ive always believed.

yea hopefully chicago doesnt fold against the seahawks, and takes out the packers. Aaron rodgers is high on confidence. 48 points? Are you kidding me

We have a good gauge, they're a team that only put up 21 points against the Eagles and almost lost if it wasn't for Vick wanting to "go out swinging".

This is just one of those games. The Eagles vs. the Redskins (II) and the Pats vs. the Jets (II) were both this type of game. The Falcons are just a bad match for Green Bay.

If Chicago wins, their next game won't look anything like this. I bet its a 24-20 game, or something like that. The Packers will probably still be the odds on favorite to go to the Super Bowl though.

Not sure about that. We got blown out against the Browns.

I don't think any team could have beaten green bay tonight. aaron rodgers had the best game in the history of the nfl, imo. He simply didn't miss. Amazing.

to be fair, the eagles game was their first playoff game. They were probably riding high on confidence after taking down vick and the eagles. The first game is usually the most nerve-racking (HOPEFULLY THE PATRIOTS come out firing tommorow)
