If he is not rolling around in pain he is likely to have torn a ligament. And that was told to him by a team doctor.
I have never torn my ACL but a co-workder did and he said he just felt a pop and wasn't in pain. But he couldn't push off on it in an angle.

So then in a case like Brady he must have had both the "painful" hit to the knee as well as the less painful ligament tear?
