You're probably bitter beyond reasonable expectations, but you don't carry yourself with the integrity of the organization you claim to love. I've had encounters with Patriots fans that were despicable, but I don't label you all that way because of it. It's easy be a tough guy on here and speak your mind, but it's cowardly at the same time. Why for example of all the Patriots boards I've been to has this been the only one that carries on the way you do in your posts. There's rivalries, and then there's your approach. You might not be all tha bad. I can see people are amused by your approach. But it's not the approach representative of the Patriots.

If you'd read my last post with due comprehension, it was presented in proper context of this thread (as have all my prior posts here). To remind you once again, this thread is about the Green Beans -- team, organization and fans -- sucking. How, and why they suck, generally speaking. Incontrovertible facts have been offered as evidence. What's very telling about your retorts is that all you do is respond with personal jabs. You don't defend your team against accusations of sucking/lacking integrity, because you can't. There's nothing "cowardly" about what I've presented here, unless you want to call objective observation "cowardly." Certainly no bitterness.

Besides, I read article somewhere that there is good money to be made in NYC by people who seek out the company of other males who do not respect them. I completely understand. Look, sometimes you're going to have to take shortcuts. Some people call it cheating but Bill Bellicheck and I kind of laugh that sort of talk off. Bill says video I video. When Rex says chicken I say hide the bucket. It's all good!

Free Agency/off season moves so far in the AFC East
Folks, what do you all think of the young off season/free agency period thus far?

Overall, I think the Jets have made the biggest jumps. We got a Superbowl coach in Eric Mangini. We saved ourselves a few pennies on the "penny" contract (no pun intended). We signed a potential probowl LB in Matt Chatham. We cut Kevin Mawae and saved some money on the cap. We indeed are getting younger and more atheltic on the front line. You have to overall love these moves. Our cap is one of the best in the league. We can get a franchise QB this season in case Pennigton does not make it back to his usual status. We are not overpaying for free agents, and have been very shrewed with FA dealings and contracts. I think we will sign A. Chapman for some nice WR depth, and if you think about it...a healthy Pennington lobbing bombs to L. Coles, J. Mcareins, J. Cotchery, and A. Chapman would be quite nice and fruitful for a possible playoff season.

Yes, I know we haven't played a down yet, but right now, out of all of the new 9 head coaches

, Eric Mangini has clearly been the best.

We have done spledidly in FA by restraining buying all of the overpriced crap (see Browns, Redskins, and Dolphins) and have basically pushed around and bullied other teams (Falcons, Broncos and Sehawaks) to what we want for Abe, and then we rape Washington in getting a potential franchise QB for next to nothing. How you guys can't be tickled pink by this coach is beyond me. Eric Mangini has put this organization in place to be successful for an entire f'ing decade.

Rebuilding.....MY *****.....expect us to compete for the AFC championship THIS YEAR.

I will 100% guarantee we sweep the Bills and Dolphins and split with the Patsies. 5-1 in the division gets us the East.

I loved Herman Edwards, but Eric Mangini is in a whole different class.

He is up there with the big boys...Parcells, Holmgren, Belly-chick, Shanahan, and Cowher.

I am very confident that we will win a few SB's in his tenure.

If he can get us out of this salary capp mess we were in, and build the stalwart he is already developing...then the sky is the limit. It really is.

I've been reading some of the Jet boards and listening to Jet fan after Jet fan call into WFAN and they have literally lost their minds overinflating their team whilst totally dismissing the Pats.

Example? They seriously believe that Pennington is in the same stratosphere as Tom Brady

They also believe their front 7 is comparable to ours.

They also think that Mangini is in BB's head but not vice versa.


It's been fun listening to Francesca slap these ******s down. Its gonna be even more fun watching us freakin KILL those guys on Sunday.

If my predictions hold true, Sunday will NOT be a good day in the NY metro area.

Monday radio on WFAN will be glorious however but even then, one still has to consider it a GREAT year for the Jets.
