Man the pats could trade up and get crabtree if they want him.

trading up for a wide receiver isn't how you build a good football team, IMO. You can get receivers in later rounds and through trades and FA that are less risky. If we're gonna trade up, it's going to be for a sure thing, which is usually someone in the trenches.

Stunned to see the Browns got Elam, a 1st and 2nd for Sanchez at #5.

The Jets killed on that trade.

FYI I now have the server techs assisting in monitoring the server load. They restarted SQL service and I cleared out some additional processes, so the DB errors should be finished.

Stunned to see the Browns got Elam, a 1st and 2nd for Sanchez at #5.

The Jets killed on that trade.

They also got Kenyon Coleman and Brent Ratliff. Ratliff gives the Browns 3 QBs.. And Coleman is experienced in Mangini's 3-4. Elam is worth a lot more than people think..

I think its a good deal for the Browns, honestly, because I think Sanchez is over-rated.

People say it's hard to trade out of the top half-dozen picks because of the crazy salaries. It's not; it's easy. You just have to accept that you may not get much in return.
