On this pseudo-bye week, I find myself troubled by a vicious conundrum. Perhaps my fellow threadmates can help resolve it:

Which came first, the Jets or their suck?

It began 4 billion years ago....there was nothing...and then...

The Big Suck!

now astronomers are convinced that black holes are actually hunter green...The NY Jets...a universe of suck...forever and ever...losers without end...amen

I am pretty sure it says in the Book of Genesis:

"... And on the seventh day, God pronounced the Jets suck."

"and God caused Sanchez to fall into a deep sleep...and from his rib,God fashioned a twin and breathed life into he who has become the "Gee NO!!!!!!!!!!!"...God looked upon that which he had created and said "this suck shall last until the stars burn out and the heavens fall into the sea"

I don't understand this question because I've always considered them one and the same. If you can explain the alleged differentiation, I'd like to hear it.

I know the Jets preceded the Toesuck.

The Jets are 1-6 and in competition for the #1 pick. The solution to this golden opportunity?

Naturally, it's to bring in a talented player who's likely to help them win an extra game or two, so that they end up picking lower.

God gave us the Jets so we'd always have something to feel good about in comparison.

the jest are where early round picks go to die. the la clippers use to be like this too.

Do vacuums JEST?

I am pretty sure it says in the Book of Genesis:

"... And on the seventh day, God pronounced the Jets suck."
Also while taking the Ten Commandments, Moses accidentally omitted commandment No. 11: "Thou shalt not suck ... toes." Breaking the commandment damns one to eternal suckage.

best case scenareo, adding harvin(and an easy schedule) allows the jets to go on a little win streak and take themselves OUT of consideration for a top pick. management thinks this is a sign of things to come and keeps rex ryan and Geno going forward...

Im no biblical scholar but I think He pronounced this on Day 1. ;)

When I read "Jets culture," first I LOL.

Then I think of other similar forms of culture . . . yeast cultures, bacterial cultures.

Then I LOL again.
