I bet he's on the couch watching football for fun today rather than dissecting film!

because without them, we aren't going anywhere this year.

Other rookie WR's having success early on already. DeAndre Hopkins, Robert Woods, Coderelle Patterson, etc.

Our rookie WR's obviously have a lot of talent. Dobson rarely dropped a pass in his last year at College, yet he dropped so many passes on Thursday. Dobson actually had his man beat a few times but just couldn't catch the ball, indicating nerves and lack of focus. Thompson looked great in preseason but ***** the bed in regular season so far.

Why are our rookie WR's so full of nerves while other rookie WR's are already succeeding?

Probably because they have a hall of fame QB yelling at them and belittling them. When you worry too much about dropping a pass, you end of dropping more passes. Their confidence looks shot.

Brady needs to learn how to work with these youngsters because they will be the difference between a playoff run and one-and-done.
Mr. Drake you've put up some unusual posts over the years  but this one takes the cake.

I emailed Warren Buffet about some of his latest stock acquisitions. I hope that dumb bell will listen to me, but he'll probably keep doing the same old thing.

Positive feedback with employees or children says that you say "this us what you did right and what you did wrong. Tell us what you're seeing or thinking so we can get on the same page."

Screaming like a banshee "you idiot! You screwed it up! Again!", isn't very productive. The players get so afraid to make mistakes they get snake bit and over think things.

This is common sense 101 and has been proven. Doesn't make you tough "how old are you? These are professionals!". No kidding. Has nothing to do with hurting a player's feelings. Has to do with how you bring improvement. Bosses yelling like a three year old is counter productive.

Where do you people get this stuff? Was it on sounds of the game? This is like posters last year guessing that TB's fiery locker room speech was just him yelling at and belittling the team.

You don't give an employee positive feedback after being late 10 times in a row even if it's their 1st month on the job. Sorry if it hurts his/her feelings if he's suspended or reprimanded THAT'S LIFE.

Bull****...

If there's any light at the end of the tunnel, Thompkins and Dobson have the speed and moves to at least get open in the NFL--we saw glimpses of that Thursday night.

Since the WR roster is so depleted, this should be an opportunity of a lifetime for them to make it big and get nice contracts since they are playing with such an accurate qb. Just ask Gronk or Hernandez.

These guys just need to trust the playbook and realize Brady will throw it to where you are supposed to end up on the route tree. Brady makes the game look easy if you just go where you are supposed to--you don't even have to be wide open. Ask Deion Branch.

What if Thompkins started throwing his hands up in the air and shaking his head and screaming after Brady overthrew him? Would that be big boy stuff? That kind of behavior is opposite of big boy

The issue isn't repeat. If they earn it, they'll have it.

However, in the meantime, the team may need to dumb down the offense for the kids. Belichick will decide how long to wait.

Did you guys like Marino whenever he did this $h!t?

Be honest.

We can replace brady with mallet . So the WRs will feel less pressured like they are with ej manuel and christian ponder and their first round WRs. Just an idea.

Marino was more of a bona fide hothead and did that sort of thing all the time. It's a relatively rare thing for Tom.

did Marino ever win even ONE Super Bowl?...be honest...

and as half this board swears, Madden is REAL man...dem shyts is TRU, yo...

I say that Bill and Brady need to go Oriental or Singapore on the rookies. Make a mistake? 10 whacks with a rattan cane.

nah...all they gotta do is threaten to bring Tebow back to throw them passes instead...they'd start catching like flypaper...:D

Maybe if the players on the other team would just stop pushing and hitting these young guys, the rookies would feel better and their self esteem would be higher.

Roger Goodell needs to look into this because, if it matters to even one person...
